Run the audit on a client's DNS, proxy or firewall export and hand over a PDF with your logo, your colour, your contact details and your own recommendations. Our name is not in it.
This is the actual white-label PDF with a placeholder brand ("Your Company Ltd", purple). Click the image to open the full 5-page sample.
You set it once on the Report branding page in your account. Free previews and one-off report purchases keep our branding.
If you do not hold the client's console yourself, send them a private link. They see your brand only, upload the export, and the report comes to you.
In your account, create a private upload link for the client. Choose when it expires (7, 14 or 30 days) and how many uploads it accepts (1 to 3).
The page shows only your logo, colour and name. The client uploads a DNS, proxy or firewall export, up to 25 MB: Cisco Umbrella, Cloudflare Gateway, NextDNS, DNSFilter, Pi-hole, Palo Alto, Fortinet, SonicWall, Zscaler, Squid, or any list of domains.
The audit runs on one of your credits. The report is filed under the client's name and you get an email. The uploaded file is processed and discarded.
The client never sees the results on our side. You review the white-label PDF, add your recommendations, and deliver it in your own meeting.
If you are out of credits when a client uploads, they see a polite message, you get an email, and the link stays open so they can try again once you have topped up.
You set the price. Most MSPs sell it one of two ways, and the tooling cost is the same either way.
As a QBR deliverable. Run the assessment each quarter and bring the branded PDF to the review. It gives the meeting concrete findings and a record of change over time.
As a paid one-off. Offer a "Shadow AI Assessment" as a fixed-fee project for clients who are writing an AI policy, answering an insurer or preparing for an audit.
Either way the client receives a document from you, under your report title, with your recommendations.
Suppose you charge each client a one-off assessment fee of $400. That number is only an example; use whatever fits your market and your time.
Unused monthly credits roll over. If you need more than 10 in a month, extra credits are 1 for $99, 3 for $199 or 5 for $299. Full plan details are on the pricing page.
Branding depends on how the report was bought. Only the MSP plan removes our name entirely.

What MSPs and consultants ask before switching on white-label reports.
Yes, on the MSP plan. The white-label PDF has no shadowaitools.com name and no links to our pricing anywhere. The Professional plan is co-branded and keeps a small "powered by shadowaitools.com" line.
Not through us. When a client uploads through your link, the report goes to your account under their name and you get an email. The client does not see the results until you present them.

Yes. Branding is applied when the PDF is opened, so every full report in your account uses your current settings, including ones run before you set it up.
The uploaded log file is processed and discarded. Only the finished report is kept, for 90 days.
Yes, on the MSP plan. You write your own Introduction and Recommendations sections and they appear in every white-label report. You can also set your own report title.
