These terms govern the use of the shadowaitools.com website, the Shadow AI Audit tool, accounts and purchases, operated by Alpha Quantum, Komenskega 40, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Scope. This section applies to the Website and all Services, and to all data, results, lists, databases, software and reports obtained through them, including API results and any downloadable or offline databases. It also applies to data licensed on an unlimited, unrestricted or OEM basis, and it prevails over any other provision of this Agreement.
Lawful Use. You will use the Services and the data only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all laws that apply to you and to your use, including data protection, export control and sanctions laws and regulations of the European Union, the United Nations, the United States and the United Kingdom.
Human Rights. You will not use the Services or the data, and will not allow anyone else to use them, in a way that violates internationally recognised human rights, including the unlawful surveillance, tracking or targeting of individuals, journalists, human rights defenders or political opponents.
Sanctions and Export Control. You will not export, re-export, sell, supply or otherwise make the Services or the data available, directly or indirectly, to any person, entity, country or territory that is subject to sanctions or embargoes under the laws referred to above, or for any end use prohibited by those laws. You confirm that neither you nor any person that owns or controls you is subject to such sanctions.
Your Customers and Users. If you integrate the data into products or services that you provide to others, or distribute it under an OEM, resale or redistribution licence, you will bind your customers and users to restrictions at least as protective as this section, and you remain responsible for their compliance.
Confirmation and Remedies. On reasonable request, you will confirm in writing that your use complies with this section. If we reasonably believe that this section has been breached, we may suspend or terminate your access and licences with immediate effect and without refund. This section survives the end of this Agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, Alpha Quantum is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
Slovenian law applies. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is Ljubljana, Slovenia.
