One log export a month from its DNS filter, proxy or firewall. You upload it, or the client uses your branded upload link.
Are the logs stored?
No. Each log is read in memory and deleted. Only the report is kept in your account for 90 days, and the monthly history holds just the list of AI services found.
Is the MSP plan required?
Yes. Reports are an add-on: $249 + $149 = $398 a month for up to 25 clients.
Does the register make a client compliant?
No document does that alone. It is evidence of one control, how outside AI services are found and handled, for the client’s assessor to weigh.
