No. Only the client’s settings in your dashboard, our AI service database and our record of the firewall’s downloads.
Does it count blocked attempts?
No; counting attempts needs the firewall’s logs. Attempts are counted in the assessment reports, which use a log export.
What happens if the firewall stops updating?
The summary shows a red “Check the firewall” notice instead of the green one.
Does it cost extra?
No. It comes with the MSP plan for every client ($249/month for up to 25 clients).
Can it carry my branding?
It is always neutral, with no mention of us. With the client reports option it also shows your logo, company name and contact details.
